HISTORY OF ART and history (BA)

  • Gain the skills needed to pursue a career in galleries and museums, arts policy or education.
  • Study with leading experts in the field and cultivate your academic skills across a number of stimulating courses throughout your programme.
  • Students will learn how to research the social and historical contexts in which visual art has been produced.

HISTORY OF ART WITH curating or film (BA)

  • Students can opt to combine their History of Art programme with curating or film.
  • The programme is ideal for students interested in a career in arts, media and cultural industries.
  • Study with leading experts and cultivate your academic skills across an array of courses which reflect your interests.

Foundation year programmes

  • We offer a wide range of full-time evening study degrees with a foundation year which last four years to help you fully prepare for undergraduate study. The first year helps students develop core skills and acquire key knowledge, before moving on to specialist study in the remaining years. We currently offer foundation years as part of the following programmes:
