Dissertation MSc PPE Politics

• Assessment: a 10,000-15,000-word dissertation (100%)

You will complete a supervised dissertation based on an independently chosen research topic in politics, potentially also informed by your studies in philosophy and economics. This will allow you to extend your understanding of ideas encountered in the taught courses and to develop themes for further research. As well as gaining subject-specific knowledge, you will be able to analyse an issue in depth and present your arguments coherently through the dissertation.
