Advanced Studies in Company Law

This module allows you to deepen your interest and understanding of company law. It uses a series of case studies to build upon the foundational concepts of company law. It aims to enhance understanding of national, European and international developments in the legal regulation of business and also to develop an understanding of company law and its economic, business and social context.
