Module description

In this module we introduce you to the basic concepts and challenges of e-business and e-commerce. We will cover both the technical and management (operational, tactical and strategic) aspects of successful e-business as well as business strategies and technologies involved in the design and deployment of business on the internet and World Wide Web. We also discuss methods for evaluating user needs.
