Module description

This module provides multiple perspectives for thinking critically about organizations and organizational change.

It encourages you to recognise the social context of work, and by evaluating and considering ethics, provides a critical analysis of change programmes.

You will learn how to apply knowledge about human attitudes, interactions and group processes to the understanding of organizational change, and about the range of ways you may influence organizational change.
