Module description

In this module we provide multiple perspectives for thinking critically about organisations and organisational change. This encourages you to recognise the social context of work and, by evaluating and considering ethics, provides a critical analysis of change programmes.

You will learn how to apply knowledge about human attitudes, interactions and group processes to the understanding of organisational change, and about the range of ways you may influence organisational change.
