Introduction to Investigative Reporting

This module will introduce you to the essentials of in-depth news gathering in the information age. It integrates theoretical and practical approaches and is taught mainly by highly experienced investigative journalists from a range of professional backgrounds.

You will also be introduced to evolving debates around investigative ethics as well as the civic function of watchdog journalism in contemporary democracies.
