The research of the Institute will focus
on four areas:
- citizenship, community development and community-based
learning
- lifelong learning and the lifecourse
- social justice, equality and diversity
- in-situ and ex-situ interpretation and learning (for example
museums and heritage sites).
Pedagogies of lifelong learning will form part of each key
