Birkbeck is proud of its inclusive and international outlook. We are committed to welcoming and supporting staff and students from the EU and across the globe.

Our new and continuing EU students are very welcome at Birkbeck and will continue to be eligible for student loans this academic year and next (2020-21) even in the case of a ‘no deal’ Brexit. These student loans will remain for the duration of your course.

We are committed to the breadth and scope of our international academic collaborations. EU grant holders and staff funded from EU grants should continue with your research as planned, committing funds as budgeted.
