Industrial action on 22nd and 24th March - in defense of Jobs, pensions, pay.

Birkbeck UCU members voted overwhelmingly in favour of strike action over pensions and jobs and Birkbeck UCUtook part in the national UCU strike on 22nd and 24th March 2011.

Birkbeck UCU’s action was strongly supported by the Birkbeck Students’ Union and by other Birkbeck trades unions.
