Gender Training
Training workshops on how to integrate gender when undertaking research projects have been organised during the first year of the project at the School of Science, more specifically at Babylab.
The focus is on the importance of considering gender when studying cognitive development, how this impact on research methods and procedures. The basic question for this training is why it is important to consider both boys and girls and to look for specific gendered patterns of behaviour when investigating cognitive development.
Workshops are especially targeted to PhD students and early career researchers, and are facilitated by an expert in this topic, Dr. Ineke Klinge.
