The ambition, fully achieved, was to introduce the participants to useful tools and models that can be used in developing leadership skills.

Be Agile! Using the right mix of leadership styles for your team

The workshop will show how to understand underlying patterns in your team dynamics. It will provide a model of how to use the right style for the right situation

Is leadership gender bias from it roots?
