Global Politics and International Relations (BA) (Full-time evening study) - 2013/2014 entry
How did the contemporary international political and economic system come about? What is its future? This innovative course looks at the nature of politics at the global level and covers international relations, political economy, and war and security studies. You will gain the skills necessary for political, sociological, historical and economic analysis in a learning environment that is supportive, radical and exciting.
This course is also available for part-time study.

Course structure
You take 12 modules over three years, and each module is worth 30 credits (360 credits in total).
There are seven compulsory modules:
- International Relations
- Introduction to Global Politics
- Political Transformations
- International Political Economy
- International Organisations
- War and Modern Society.
