Accounting and Management with Finance (BSc) - 2012/2013 entry
This joint degree provides you with high-level training and knowledge in accounting and finance, and explains their role in management in both the public and private sectors. You will develop a broad understanding of accounting, finance and management, with detailed knowledge of accounting practices, finance, strategic management, computing, marketing, managerial economics and quantitative techniques. It would be useful if you are looking to get into a career in accounting and finance, or are already working closely with the accounting and finance profession. Exemptions from accountancy bodies’ professional examinations are possible.

Course structure
A foundation for subsequent study of accounting and management is provided in the first part of the degree. You will have the opportunity to choose specialist option modules in the final two years, along with having the option to undertake a specialist project in Year 4 which will provide the opportunity for further specialisation.
