Law and Social Justice (LLM) - 2012/2013 entry
-
Overview
This programme offers a unique opportunity to engage with the political philosophy of justice. Informed by continental and critical traditions in social and political thought, it engages with a complex set of concerns: human rights, imperialism and post-colonialism, the law of development and the racial ordering of capitalism. The programme examines the extent to which a progressive political philosophy of justice can guide an account of law’s role in these national and global processes.
