Business Strategy and the Environment (MSc / MRes / Postgraduate Diploma) - 2012/2013 entry
-
Overview
This programme offers structured courses that analyse the relationship between business strategy and the ecological environment. Rather than focusing on the natural science of how pollution occurs or the technical practicalities of ameliorating it, it explores how the environment has emerged as an important issue for business. It outlines possible ways of developing effective strategies for addressing the business threats and opportunities posed by environmental issues.
Aimed at people from a wide range of backgrounds, it is suitable for anyone who wishes to develop a deeper understanding of the key drivers of environmental policy developments in the UK and internationally.
