Overview
This programme provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the relevance and necessity of retail marketing and services marketing. The research findings referred to throughout the programme will allow you to develop objective insights into the subject matter and learn about marketing decision-making processes in the retail and service context.
The programme links theory and practice, and will benefit those individuals who have already acquired an appreciation of retail and services marketing and wish to develop further insights into the subject. It will also appeal to those individuals who have limited knowledge of the subject and wish to develop their understanding and appreciation of it, or use the knowledge gained to embark on a retail marketing, services marketing or marketing-related career.

Further study opportunities
If you are interested in further research, we offer a PhD/MPhil in Management.
Progress to a PhD will normally be dependent on gaining at least a merit grade in the Master’s programme. It will also be dependent on a member of the teaching staff agreeing to act as principal supervisor for your PhD research.
