Overview
This programme is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies essential for managerial effectiveness. You will expand your interpersonal skills and develop the analytical abilities required in a senior decision-making role.
It can be taken as a stand-alone qualification or as preparation for a Master's degree, and is suitable for non-management graduates who wish to both develop their management capability and return to academic study. It is also designed to prepare international graduates for entry to a Master's degree in a business-related subject and offers two different study routes, depending on your level of English language ability.

Course structure
You must successfully complete the following four compulsory half-modules, worth a total of 60 credits:
- Module 1: Communication Skills for Managers
- Module 2: Team Work in Organisations
- Module 3: Strategy and Market Analysis
- Module 4: Creating a New Business.
