Arabic Calligraphy: Practising Naskh Script
This practical module gives you an opportunity to begin practising Arabic calligraphy, prepare its writing implements and study the stylistic and historic developments of the art. You are introduced to the Arabic script – from pre-Islamic times to the age of the computer. You will need to purchase a book, a reed pen, calligraphy ink and paper.
