Chinese Calligraphy
Practised for over 6000 years, Chinese calligraphy communicates culture and, simultaneously, is a revered form of art. In this practical module we will study the use of ink brushes to write abstract characters ranging from traditional to modern Chinese calligraphy styles. This class is also recommended as basic training for Chinese brush painting students.
