Audience Engagement
This module is for those interested in strategies of audience development, engagement and participation in the arts. You will consider the relationship of the arts to its publics and how one communicates with an audience as an arts manager. You will explore meanings and practices of community engagement, audience development, education and participation. Through case studies and analysis of projects you will gain an understanding of the different ways that engagement with the arts occurs, and how it is mediated and evaluated.
