German IB (Advanced Beginners)

Following on from German 1A, this 16-week module is designed for beginners with some basic knowledge of German and leads to CEFR A2 (Elementary)/GCSE level.* It will help you to develop your ability and confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. We use a textbook as well as the latest teaching materials and new interactive media. You will learn how to talk about your job, health, transport and holidays, and other family matters. You will also learn how to hold conversations related to the past and the future. At the end of the module, you will be able to read simple general and literary texts and write short letters about general aspects of daily life.
