International Relations: An Historical Introduction
This module provides an analysis of the historical development of the international system since World War II, focusing on post-Cold War developments. You will examine the international politics of the regions of Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe, and consider the international implications of globalisation, human rights, weapons of mass destruction and the relevance of the United Nations to issues of global peace and security.
