Career and Professional Development
This module introduces you to a range of tools and strategies to help you define and advance your career and educational aims. You will be encouraged to draw on your experiences in the workplace and in education to plan, review and research, with the aim of getting the most out of work and study. Topics covered include: goal setting; career planning; writing an effective CV; job applications; interview skills; evaluation of 'personal development' resources; understanding organisational structures; and equality and diversity in the workplace.
15 credits at Level 4
