Conserving the White Tower


This module presents a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with William the Conqueror’s White Tower at the Tower of London during the current period of conservation. Be among the first to witness new discoveries, as experts involved in the conservation project provide an illuminating insight into the theory and practice of conservation using traditional skills and modern scientific methods. You will even have an opportunity to climb the scaffold yourself!
