Anthropology at Birkbeck

If you find human behaviour interesting, perhaps even compelling, then an anthropology course could be for you. Anthropology is the scientific study of human beings through cultural, political or physical characteristics. It looks at how we evolved, how we interact with one another and the environment, and why we live in different types of societies around the world. It is an exciting, multifaceted subject that embraces everything from genetics to linguistics. Birkbeck offers a number of courses in this fascinating field, including a new MA programme.
