Introduction to Political Philosophy

This course covers foundational issues in moral and political philosophy, examining questions such as: How should a society distribute its resources? Are inequalities resulting from the operations of free markets deserved? How ought we to treat other animals? Is abortion morally permissible?

This Short Course can be taken as a stand-alone course or it may be available as part of a Certificate of Higher Education.

Assessment is 100% by coursework, in the form of an essay, amounting to 2500-3000 words.
