Managing Change

Handling change effectively can be a complex and painful process, creating uncertainty, conflict and distrust. This course examines employee involvement and participation, resistance to change and the requirements for successful change. It also gives you a chance to explore the issues of organisational change through a work-based project.

This Short Course can be taken as a stand-alone course or it may be available as part of a Certificate of Higher Education.
