  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Building effective working relationships
  • Handling conflict.

This Short Course can be taken as a stand-alone course or it may be available as part of a Certificate of Higher Education.

Learning objectives

This course aims to:

  • Introduce you to the difference aspects of people management
  • Define diversity and look at the business case for having a diverse workforce
  • Define and explore processes with regard to recruitment and selection, induction, development, conflict resolution and performance management.
