Overview

The Birkbeck Mini MBA blends academic knowledge and practical insights into a broader understanding of the business world. It recognises that people have enormous experience and knowledge of their own organisation, and that this can become powerful when combined with new ideas and insights into the major levers of business performance.

Over the course of four interactive workshops, you will be introduced to:

  • people and performance
  • marketing in action
  • strategic change
  • finance for managers.

The course is intensive and practice-based, equipping you with essential business skills that it might take years to develop otherwise. It also offers an excellent opportunity to decide if you wish to pursue an MBA degree or other management award.
