Contracts

- 50 weeks (all self-catered rooms): 15 September 2019 to 29 August 2020.
- Students who have been offered a room in this hall can request early arrival when they receive their tenancy agreement from the University of London Accommodation Service.
- Contract extension after 20 June 2020 can be granted depending on availability. Contract extensions are arranged directly the hall administration during term two.
- Rent includes evening meals and breakfasts (except for studios), insurance, utility bills, WiFi.
- A deposit of £500, plus £25 administration fee, will be payable to the University of London on receipt of the contract.
