Event description

Background (entitled Edge of Divorce in the US), directed by Daniel Birt, 1953. Based on the a stage play by Warren Chetham-Strode and starring Valerie Hobson, Philip Friend and Norman Wooland. 

The film screening will be followed by a reception and is hosted by the Birkbeck School of Law, Birkbeck Gender and Sexuality (BiGS) and the Guilt Working Group of the Birkbeck Institute of Social Relations
