Nominate a Sculpture for the Prestigious Marsh Award 2010

If you are a member of the Public Monuments & Sculpture Association or a member of an affiliated society (details below), you are invited to nominate a newly commissioned public sculpture or restoration project for the prestigious Marsh Award for Public Sculpture 2010.

Work can be nominated in one of two categories:

  • A public sculpture that has been made and unveiled within eighteen months of the deadline, 30 April 2010
  • The restoration of any eligible work that has been carried out and completed within the above time period

Previous winners of the Marsh Award include Catalan artist Jaume Plensa for his commissioned work 'Dream' (pictured) at the Sutton Manor Colliery in St. Helens (2009), Ian Rank-Broadley for his Armed Forces National Memorial at Alrewas in Staffordshire (2008), James Turrell (2007), Peter Randall-Page (2006), and Maggi Hambling (2005).

To qualify to nominate, it is a requirement that you are either a PMSA member, or a member of an affiliated society, or are seconded by a member of any of these groups:
