Qualitative Methods in Action Day
We hosted our first Qualitative Research Methods in Action Day in 2016 and, following the success of this first event, we decided to hold it annually.
The event is a mix of presentations and interactive workshops by academic staff, and current and recently completed PhD students. Our aim is to deliver an informal overview of some of the innovative or less traditional methods currently being used in the qualitative research we undertake.
We invite Birkbeck alumni, current MSc students and PhD students from across the College, who have the opportunity to talk to staff and PhD students about their work and to find out more about these methods and what these can contribute to knowledge and understanding in organisational research.
