School Quality Assurance and Enhancement/Learning and Teaching Requirements
The College's Quality Assurance/Enhancement Code of Practice 2010/11 sets out the areas in which Departments and Schools should recognise priorities and establish procedures necessary to monitor and assure academic quality and standards in respect of degree programmes and of teaching and learning. For ease, these have been summarised in the Quality Assurance and Enhancement/Learning and Teaching Requirements for Schools 2010-2011.
The School Teaching and Quality Enhancement Timetable 2010/2011 provides Departments/Schools with the dates of key teaching and quality enhancement events taking place during the 2010/2011 academic session. It includes relevant dates relating to the following: the record of accreditation of degree programmes by Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies; notification of withdrawn or suspended programmes; submission of outline programme proposal forms; meetings of the Teaching and Quality Enhancement Committee; timing of student surveys and annual monitoring processes.
