- Gordon Square International Awards: Two full or partial fee waivers, full-time or part-time, for outstanding international (non-EU) MA students. Deadline for applications: 23 April 2012.
Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme

The Commonwealth Shared Scholarship is a merit and needs-based scholarship scheme aimed at students from developing Commonwealth countries.
Loans for US students
Birkbeck is recognised by the US Department of Education for the purpose of receiving financial aid for US students, and is therefore eligible to certify loan applications for the William D Ford Federal Direct Loan Program. Find out more about our loans for American students.
