Please put a cover sheet on each copy of your dissertation giving:
The Date
Name of Department and College
The title of your degree programme (M.Sc/M.Res in..)
Name of Supervisor
Title of Dissertation
Your Student Number (not your name)
You should also complete and sign a plagiarism statement to accompany your dissertation. You only need to complete one of these. Do not staple it to the dissertation. You should write your name on this as it will be retained by the Department Office.
If you would like a receipt, please download the coursework receipt and fill in the details. This will then be stamped and returned to you when you hand in the dissertation.
NB A system bug is causing problems with downloading forms. If you are prompted for a username and password when downloading, click cancel in the dialogue box. The form should then appear. If the system hangs up when downloading, check your bottom toolbar for the username/ password dialogue, and, once again, cancel it.
