This conference is part of the Allan Gotthelf Memorial Conference Series of the Rutgers University Philosophy Department, which is funded by a generous grant from the Anthem Foundation for Objectivist Scholarship. The conference marks the 35th Anniversary of the 1983 Williamstown conference on Philosophical Issues in Aristotle’s Biology, and Jim Lennox’s retirement after a four decades at the University of Pittsburgh.
