Biography

Dr. Ulrike Fasbender is Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. In Germany, Dr. Fasbender works for the Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, where she is a Senior Researcher in the Work and Organizational Psychology Department. Prior to joining Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, Dr. Fasbender was a Senior Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University, and the Co-Director at the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice. She received her PhD from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and her Masters’ degree from the University of Mannheim in Germany. Before and during her academic career, she has been working in both human resources management and management consulting.
