Kate Mackenzie Davey is Dean of College and Head of Department of Organizational Psychology.

She has published papers in the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management Journal, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Feminism and Psychology and Applied Psychology: An International Review.

Dean of College is a pastoral role on behalf of College staff in matters relating to their employment and progress in the College and on behalf of College students in matters relating to their welfare in the College and in particular a duty to provide advice on the proper procedures to be followed when problems arise.

Her previous positions have included the Smythe Dorward Lambert Lecturer in Organizational Communication and The Career Research Forum Research Fellow. She has worked in selection and assessment, health measurement and produced a measure of Graduate Development with John Arnold. She has been a visiting Lecturer at the Sasin School of Management at Chulalongkorn University , Thailand .

She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and past chair of the Division of Occupational Psychology Training Committee of the British Psychological Society.
