Biography

Etlyn holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology (Birkbeck), an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Birkbeck) and an undergraduate degree in Human Psychology (Aston).  She also holds a PGCE (Further, Higher, and Adult Education) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.  Etlyn has worked as a full time lecturer at Birkbeck since 2006 and prior to that taught at Birkbeck part-time for several years.

Prior to entering academia, Etlyn worked for 10 years in a number of teaching, research, management and staff development roles in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
