How to stand out in a crowded job market
Professor Rob Briner, from the Department of Organizational Psychology, spoke to the Guardian's Careers Talk podcast recently about graduate prospects in a challenging market.
Rob's tips included targeting CVs to specific jobs, how you can "morph" your role once you're in it, and how to avoid being a "vanilla candidate" at interviews.
