Are you looking to gain new qualifications, change careers, or just get back into learning?

If so, it’s not too late to apply to one of the many programmes offered by Birkbeck, University of London, starting in January 2012. What’s more, students who enrol this month on a 2011/2012 undergraduate programme will avoid paying the higher university fees that will apply to new undergraduates from autumn 2012.

The six undergraduate courses starting in January include a part-time BSc in Psychology, and Foundation Degrees in:

• Arts and Media Management (Foundation Degree)
• Environmental Management (Foundation Degree)
• Information Technology (Foundation Degree)
• Management / Management with Accounting (Foundation Degree)
• Web Technologies (Foundation Degree)

Postgraduate courses with a January 2012 entry are:

• Career Counselling and Coaching (Postgraduate Diploma)
• Group Analysis (Graduate Certificate)
• International Field Leadership (Postgraduate Certificate) (2010/2011 entry)
• Medical Humanities (MA / Postgraduate Diploma / Postgraduate Certificate)
• Professional Studies (MSc / Postgraduate Diploma / Postgraduate Certificate)
• International Economic Law, Justice and Development (LLM) (Intensive) (2011/2012)

There are also more than 150 modules on Certificate of Higher Education programmes starting in January 2012.

All courses are taught part-time, in the evening, so students can work and manage other daytime commitments.
