UEL ID/Library card for students enrolled on courses at Birkbeck, Stratford

As a Birkbeck student studying at Stratford you will be issued with a UEL Student Card once you have uploaded a photograph to your My Birkbeck profile.

The UEL card allows you to access the UEL campus and to borrow books from the Birkbeck collection in the UEL library. It will be posted to you as soon as it has been produced. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Stratford Office.

Birkbeck students in Stratford can also request a Birkbeck card for the Library at the main Birkbeck campus in central London.

To request a card for Birkbeck's Library in central London you should click the submit request button on the My Birkbeck profile once you have uploaded a photo.

Should you have any queries regarding your Birkbeck card please contact us.

Each card will only work at the relevant campus, you will not be able to access both libraries with one card. For example, you cannot access the UEL campus or the UEL Library with a Birkbeck card.
