Getting a replacement student card
If you lose or damage your Birkbeck student card, we can replace the card on receipt of a non-refundable fee of £10.00.
- Visit the Birkbeck Student Centre: you can pay either by cash or card. You will need to show identification (your passport, birth certificate, driving license or NUS card).
- Damaged cards must be returned to the Registry, if you require a replacement.
- For students studying in Stratford, if you lose or damage your UEL student card, we can replace the card on receipt of a non-refundable fee of £10.00. Please contact the Birkbeck Stratford Services and Administration Office.
