  • We have a range of supportive resources to provide you with further guidance on practising good self-care and managing your condition. 
  • The Samaritans can be called on 116 123. Their service is free and open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Breathing Space if you are in Scotland they can be caked for free on 0800 83 85 87.
  • International support for those outside the UK: Befrienders Worldwide.
  • Shout: Text 85258 A free UK text service, providing support for issues such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, bullying or relationship changes. Available 24-hours a day.
  • Papyrus HOPELINEUK: a specialist telephone, email and text service giving support, practical advice and information to young people who are feeling unable to cope with life.
  • Student Space: Text 'STUDENT' to 85258 to start a conversation, or call 0808 189 5260 to speak to someone between 3pm and midnight, everyday.
