How do I apply?
You should complete a Disabled Students' Allowance application form (the Disability Office can assist you with this). You can:
- download a copy of the DSA application form
- get a copy of the form from the Disability Office
You should take your completed form to the Disability Office along with evidence of your disability. They will authorise your form (to confirm you are enrolled on your course at Birkbeck). You should then send this form and evidence of your disability to Student Finance England.
