Access to Learning Fund

All students can apply for financial support from the Access to Learning Fund to meet the additional cost of studying at Birkbeck.

Where disabled students cannot receive support from the Disabled Students' Allowance or the Disabled Students' Allowance funding is exhausted, they can apply to the Access to Learning Fund for disability-related support.

In such cases the application should be made through the Disability Office. Where students require dyslexia assessments, the access to learning fund can also meet this cost.
