Bloomsbury Learning Environment (BLE) / Blackboard
The Bloomsbury Learning Environment is designed to enhance your learning, by allowing you to view course materials and learning resources online. You can also use it to talk online with your lecturer or other students about the course using discussions, chat or email.
Logging in and getting started
This will be relevant to you if you are taking a course with a BLE module - your school or department will let you know if this applies to you:

Login to the BLE: you will need your ITS username and password, a computer with a connection to the internet and a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.
- If you are having login problems, please change or recover your password (allow one hour after completing this form, and then log in to the BLE again). If this hasn't resolved the problem please contact the ITS Helpdesk.
- Check your web browser: Blackboard usually works successfully with any web browser, but you can use this link to check that your browser is Blackboard-ready.
