Application, enrolment and registration
If you've found a course, and you want to study it, here's what you need to do next:
Certificate of Higher Education or short courses
- If you want to study one of our Certificates of Higher Education or short courses, your next step is to:
- Enrol on and pay for your course (Please note: if you are planning to study a Certificate, you may be eligible for financial support.)
- Once you've enrolled, we will send you an information pack giving you more details on your course and plans for orientation.
Undergraduate, postgraduate or MPhil/PhD degrees
- If you are planning to study one of our degrees, you need to do the following:
- Apply for your course:
- Apply for our undergraduate, postgraduate and MPhil/PhD courses
- Applying as an associate student
- Application deadlines and interviews
- Find out what happens once you apply
- If you are successful in your application, you will then receive an offer of admission, which you will need to formally accept.
- If you haven't done this already, you should find out if you are eligible for financial support.
- Once we have received your acceptance, we will send you an enrolment pack.
- All new students need to register with Birkbeck. (If you have already completed part of your course, you need to enrol only.)
- You then need to enrol and make arrangements to pay for your course.
