All of our courses have some form of assessment, which differs depending on the level at which you are planning to study. The following gives you general information on our assessment requirements.
How Foundation and BSc degrees are assessed
For degree programmes, assessment normally consists of a combination of coursework and examinations.
You can check the likely number of examinations and their approximate dates with your academic staff at the beginning of each year.
How MSc degrees are assessed
MSc degrees are typically assessed through written examinations, coursework and a project report or dissertation, although methods of assessment vary from course to course.
